Magneticode (“we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, maintain and protect the personal information you provide to us by visiting and using the website https://www.magneticode.com/ (“Site”).

3. WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?

Users’ personal data are processed by Magneticode s.r.l., with registered office in Via Piero Gherardi 6, 00125 Rome (RM), VAT number IT16937321004, contact email info@magneticode.com.

Processing is carried out by the owner and appointed data processors, who work under the direction of Magneticode.

4. FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

Data voluntarily provided by Users are processed exclusively for:

  • Provide personalized services and responses to requests;

  • Send informational and promotional communications, subject to consent where required;

6. HOW LONG WILL PERSONAL DATA BE KEPT?

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case not beyond the terms provided for by current regulations. In case of consent for commercial communications, until revocation of the same.
